Women entrepreneurs building established, revenue-generating businesses in the United States can now apply for the Tory Burch Foundation 2027 Fellows Program.

Applications opened on September 22, 2026 and close on November 17, 2026 at 11:59pm Eastern Time.

Approximately 160 women entrepreneurs are expected to be selected for the 2027 Fellows community.

Selected founders gain access to coaching, advisers, business-development support, educational programming and a $2,000 education grant.

What Is the Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program?

The Fellows Program is a business-development initiative created specifically for women entrepreneurs.

Unlike a traditional grant programme that simply transfers money to a founder, the Fellowship combines financial support with access to an established network of entrepreneurs, investors, senior executives and business professionals.

The programme is designed to help founders strengthen both themselves and their companies.

Fellows receive access to workshops, coaching, advisory sessions, networking and business resources throughout the programme.

What Do 2027 Fellows Receive?

The current Fellowship benefits include:

• A $2,000 education grant;
• Access to professional business coaching;
• One-on-one advisory opportunities;
• High-touch business workshops;
• An exclusive digital founder community;
• A virtual resource library;
• Additional financial-support and capital-access opportunities;
• Commercialisation support based on company stage;
• Access to the annual Founders Circle;
• Founder well-being support.

The Foundation also covers certain registration and travel expenses connected with the first-year Founders Circle experience.

Who Can Apply?

The applicant must be a woman entrepreneur who:

• Is at least 21 years old by November 17, 2026;
• Is a legal resident of the United States or U.S. territories;
• Is proficient in English;
• Has a significant role in managing the business;
• Owns the largest or equally largest stake in the qualifying company.

The company itself must also meet specific requirements.

Business Eligibility

The business must:

• Be for profit;
• Operate in any industry;
• Be at least 51% owned and controlled by women;
• Be formed under U.S. law;
• Operate in the United States;
• Generate at least $75,000 in annual revenue.

There is no stated maximum revenue limit.

Idea-stage companies and businesses that have not yet generated revenue are not eligible.

Do You Need a Business Plan?

No.

The Foundation says applicants are not required to upload a complete business plan.

However, founders should still understand their financials, market, growth plan and competitive position before completing the application.

The application is intended to evaluate both the entrepreneur and the company.

What Does the Foundation Look For?

Selection considers factors such as:

• Founder story;
• Company story;
• Business differentiation;
• Social responsibility;
• Growth potential;
• Challenges overcome;
• Quality of the founder’s video introduction;
• Positive and lasting business impact.

Applicants should avoid writing answers that sound like generic business descriptions.

Explain what makes the company distinctive and why you are personally positioned to lead its next stage of growth.

Prepare the Video Carefully

The current programme terms indicate that the application can include a video introduction of no more than two minutes.

Use this time to communicate the founder story clearly.

Rather than repeating every number in the written application, explain your motivation, the problem you solve and why this next stage matters.

Is There an Application Fee?

No.

The 2027 Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program is free to apply for.
