OJJDP FY2026 ICAC Task Force Program Support: Apply for $1.2 Million
Organisations capable of providing national programme support to law-enforcement agencies combating online child exploitation can currently apply for the OJJDP FY2026 Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program Support opportunity.
OJJDP expects to make one cooperative agreement worth up to $1.2 million.
What Is the ICAC Task Force Program?
The Internet Crimes Against Children programme supports a national network of 61 multiagency and multijurisdictional task forces.
These task forces investigate and prosecute crimes involving technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation.
The Program Support award provides central services that strengthen the wider ICAC network.
What Will the Award Support?
Activities may include:
- Improving access to training;
- Supporting task-force collaboration;
- Prevention and outreach;
- Programme coordination;
- Resource development;
- Supporting national child-exploitation strategy implementation;
- Strengthening cooperation among federal, state and local law enforcement.
This is not funding to create one new local task force.
It supports the national network.
Who Can Apply?
The current Grants.gov listing includes:
- Small businesses;
- Other for-profit organisations;
- Nonprofits;
- Public universities;
- Private universities.
Applicants need the capacity to deliver support nationally to law-enforcement partners.
Funding
Estimated total funding: $1.2 million
Expected awards: 1
Award ceiling: $1.2 million

What Makes a Strong Application?
A competitive organisation should already understand complex law-enforcement networks.
The proposal should demonstrate:
- National programme-management capability;
- Training infrastructure;
- Child-exploitation expertise;
- Technology knowledge;
- Strong law-enforcement relationships;
- Data and performance-management systems.
Because the recipient will support an established nationwide network, operational capacity is likely to matter as much as the programme concept.
